Appel-Flap

Apples
Cake mix plus water and 2 eggs
Cinnamon & Sugar

Core and peel apples and cut into rings about 1/2 cm thick. Layer in a large strainer, don't forget to place a plate to catch fluid from apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, let sit 1 hour. Mix up cake mix. Dredge apples through mix, coating both sides. Deep fry in hot oil till brown on both sides.
