2/3 Cup orange linzel
1/2 diced onion
1/4 TBSP curry powder
1/8 TBSP Salt
1/4 diced Green pepper
1/2 Cup Vermicelli ( soup noddles )
optional: 100g diced chicken
Do linzels plus 2 cubs water in a pan
Add curry powder and salt
Heat on high, when it begins to boil, simmer for about 1 hour
After it's cooked, mash linzel to pulp.
Add 2 cups water
In a small fry pan, add onion and 1 tbsp oil. Saute
Add vermicelli, green pepper an 2 tbsps oil. Saute till vermicelli brown
Mix into linzel base and boil on medium 15 minutes, stirring frequently
