Dolma

For 2 people with leftovers

The Method:
A - zucchini, green peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, onion & grape leaves
( you'll have to experiment with how many of what you want to use )
Peel zucchini and cut in half and potatoes
Seperate onions into each layer
Cut everything in half ( cut the zucchini again in half ) and spoon out the center till just the bottom, making a shell
Keep the tomato insides

B - 1/4 pound ground beef or sliced/minced steaks
B - 1 1/3 Basmati rice ( you can use any rice just not minute rice )
B - 1 large tin tomato puree
B - 1 tbsp ( you can experiment also here ) EITHER sumac powder or paprika powder
B - 4 tbsp sunflower oil or any kind would be fine
B - 2 tsp to 2 tbsp salt to taste
B - Inside of tomatoes

C - 1/4 pound chicken filet or sliced/minced chicken
C - 1 1/2 - 2 cups water ( you can also experiment with using different boullion cubes )
C - 2 - 3 tsp lemon juice

Prepare the A group first
Mix the B group of items together in a bowl. Spoon as much as you can fit into each A item, covering it with the other side, making a package from each.
Fill the bottom of a pan ( you'll have to experiment with the size depending on how much you make ) with a roll of the veggies. Add the chicken on top and in the middle of the row of veggies. Surround the chicken with the rest of the veggies. Mix the lemon juice and water and pour this over the top of the veggies. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook about an hour ( again experiment wth the time ). Frequently ladel juices over the top sot doesn't dry out.
